Issue with the pages

Hello,
I created a page (I duplicate one). And when I try to save it I have an error message. " Uh oh!
Failed to save Error saving content elements: Unable to save content: 0."

Can you help me ?

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • Exact page URL

Hi Céline,

I have checked the Cornerstone by duplicating an existing page and also creating a new page. And it worked perfectly fine. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Please also check in a different network and in a different computer, if that works, there might be something in your computer which is the reason behind your problem. In that case, I suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your machine.

NOTE: Please check if it works in a different browser as extensions can be a reason behind your problem.

Hello ! Thank you for this information. I did clear the cornerstone cache, and then tried in google chrome then in safari. And I still have the same error message

Which specific page are you trying to edit? Please provide the link in the secure note so we can check it directly. Have you tried testing it on incognito mode?

The issue with the saving has something to do with the content. The emojis inside the content.

Please remove it; it will save the page without any issues, but if you want to keep it, you must check this article to fix it.
