Issue with changing to pro

I registered my license for Pro and download both prop and pro child theme. Every time I try to activate the theme it blows up the site. Is there something Is should be doing to avoid this.I am working in a staging site, but this is very frustrating. I have followed the instructions verbatim. No sure what to do here.

Thanks for writing in.

At this point, not sure what is showing or what is the problem after you activate the theme. In this case, please share us the API key you used and your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Don’t forget to set it in a secure note.

Hey Dan,

I suspect that it’s because you’re using an old Pro version (1.2.4). Please try deleting it and install the latest version then try activating Pro again… It would also be best that you finish you work first then backup your site so we could troubleshoot freely which will increase the chances that we find the cause of the issue.
