I’m having an issue on my site, legitcourse.com, mirroring my english language experience to my spanish language experience. I’ve set up a header that is exactly like the one that I’ve set up for english, and I’ve assigned it to spanish posts, pages, and portfolio items via the conditional rules element. I can’t seem to get the spanish language to work or have /es/ pages get the /es/ menu via the custom header.
Thanks for reaching out.
At first, you need to use the condition with URL segment to get the es or not. The condition will be {{dc:url:segment}} to check if that is es or not and that is set to the Header. For es header, it should be ==, and for the other header, it should be !=.
Please note that there is an ongoing issue with the said plugin and header/footer assignment, I would suggest you go through the following thread on that.
I’ve tried both the is and is not parameters with the suggested elements and haven’t had any luck. Want to give it a look for me? I’ve scaled 110 articles in a week so if I could get it sorted now in any way, it would be very helpful.
I have checked the conditions and found you used the Single Quotes with it, the condition should be as shown in the given screenshot. I would suggest you change the condition and follow the steps given in the reference thread in my previous reply, and check if that works for you or not.
