Is it possible to create custom Dynamic Content / Loopers?

Here is the content i would like to make dynamic

The content is:

  • Header
  • Text
  • Image
  • Text
  • Header
  • Header
  • Header
  • Header
  • Header
  • Header

I would like to be able to configure that data in one place and be able to show it on multiple pages with the dynamic content feature, so it doesnt have to be manually edited on each page its showing on.

Is that possible?
The dynamic content containers is see available dont look to allow me to customize / add to them.
