I have finished a new site for a client who is complaining about the site not working on his office pc’s. As you’ll see by the pics he sent me it looks like they are using an old version of Internet Explorer as browsers. Is there a version for IE that ProX is compatible with? Or is this browser no longer supported?

Thank you for writing in, WordPress itself drop support for IE11 so we can no longer support IE as well. More details about this here.
If you created the site in the latest version and downgrade it, there could be issues with that since there are features on the latest version that is not on an older version. Maybe your client is open to the idea of using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium) and drop IE11, that would be the best solution I see, else you’ll face a lot of issues with IE, not only with the Theme, but plugins, and in WordPress as well.
