I installed architecture portfolio content, but it is not showing in template manager. When I go back to Design Cloud, the Architecture Portfolio is not installed but all the media and fonts is already downloaded.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I tried to install the Architecture Portfolio content, upon checking some of the requests are failing and I’m getting an error 503 however other configurations are imported successfully just like you mentioned.

The default memory limit from my hosting provider is already 1G, but it couldn’t work. What are the changes that I need to make beside memory limit?

Yes, I can confirm that the installed architecture portfolio not showing in the template manager. When I check the Google Console, I see this error.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 () /cornerstone-endpoint
That usually stems from Mod Security. Please contact your host to white-list /cornerstone-endpoint .
