Install a theme from design cloud

Dears,
when I try to install a wedding theme from design cloud it stucks to “initiallizing” .
I have searced in to forum and I have done the changes to max time and max memory and upload data.
It still not working.

can you get in?

Hey George,

I’m sorry but we can’t troubleshoot if your site is in localhost.

Please try increasing max_execution_time to 3000s. If that doesn’t help, regretfully, you need to make your dev site online so we could check.
