Instagram Feed update The Grid

PLEASssssssse can we get the update for The Grid that brings the IG feed back to life:

Hi Team! Writing to check in on the instagram feed for The Grid on our below page. No settings changed but today it’s loading the post meta data but no images, so we can see the likes and comments, links are working too but no images are displaying. X and all the plugins are updated, other sites with the same configuration are not having the same error. A little help please

Changelog says this was available on the 1st - Version 2.7.5 – July 1st, 2020

I’m still having the same glitchy response in the X Bulk Extension Manager - where the plugin for The Grid says it has an update available, I select Update and the message “The plugin is at the latest version.” but it’s not The only way around this seems to be to deactivate and then go to the bulk manager and THEN update… not sure if that’s a regular functionality but a quick work around - but no 2.7.5 yet

We have this installed in 8 of our X sites and are desperate for this update.

Please be advised that the latest supported and available version of TheGrid plugin is up to 2.7.4 only. You can check out that out here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility

Our developers are currently testing for conflicts and issues with the latest version of the plugin and our theme. Once we are done with testing, the version 2.7.5 shall be available in Automatic Updates right in your dashboard. Watch out for it anytime soon.

Thank you @nabeel - we do see 2.7.5 in the list of version-compatibility now, but that update has only only appeared available in 1 of our 8 X sites. What’s the trick to getting access to this update via Bulk Extension Manager on all the sites asap?

Thanks for updating in! Please take into account the WordPress Cron in charge of checking the updates. It needs to complete the timeframe before it checks for any updates again. This could be the reason why it does not display the update yet. To be sure and force the update, simply go to Dashboard > Updates. If still no updates displayed, you may check your site an hour later or so.
