Inserting a frame into a page

I need to place the form from this page onto a page on my site. In the old HTML sites, you could simply create a “frame” and it was done. I can’t figure out how to do this with Cornerstone. Please help.

Thanks for writing in! You will need to have an iframe tag and then use a Raw Content element where you can insert your iframe code.
