Hello, I know that X themes has a responsive design but I want to check if there is a way I can increase the size of the text only for the mobile users? I am happy with the text size for desktop.

Under Theme Options on the Typography tab, you can set base font sizes for device widths. If those breakpoints don’t work for you, you can set custom ones using some CSS in global.

Hello Tristup, I thought I had the answer, but looks like I still don’t.
I watched the video suggested above and played around with the base settings a bit but everytime I increase the size for the small (mobile) screen it in turn increases the size of text for desktop as well which is exactly what I do not want.
I am happy with 1em text size for the desktop view. I want to increase the size to 1.3em for small (mobile) screen view. This is especially important to comply with ADA compliance that requires a bigger text size for visually impaired website visitors.
Let me know if I am correct in my understanding that the text sizes are relative to the base size and if this is not able to solve my issue is there a CSS that can help?

You can specify the different sizes for different screen sizes by clicking into the size option. Please find the screenshot describing the settings.

Hi,
I am not changing the font size for pages built with Cornerstone so I don’t see the “Text” size options like you do in the screenshot you provided.
Secondly, I am attaching a screenshot which shows the issue I am dealing with. When I set the font size to 1.2em for smaller screens, it automatically configures the desktop size to 1.2em as well.
Ideally, I want the text size to be 1.2em for small screens and 1em for desktop.
Hope the screenshots will help clarify the issue.
