Is it possible to get an image to increase on hover please?

Thanks for writing to us.

Yes, you can use the image element and enable the Effect module for the hover. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Please feel free to set the Scale value as per your design. In case if you have not seen the Effect module doc please have a look at our doc.
