Hello, I wonder if there is an easy way to include animations to the elements of a page like this?



Or would these be hard-coded?

Would be helpful if someone can point me in the direction of how I would start? Whether is the language or plugging?

What you are expecting is a part of customization, and beyond the scope of our theme support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.
