Impossible to install GYM

Hi there,

I am not able to install the GYM theme and the Food truck theme.

I tried the Lawyer and it works !

I change the following values :

  • Upload_max_filesize 512M
  • Post_max_Size 64M
  • memory_limit 512M
  • max_execution_time 300
  • max_input_time 300

I don’t understand at this point.

Thanks for writing in!

Most of your server settings seems correct to run the latest WordPress and the X theme. Are there any errors displayed in the console while installing the GYM or Food Truck demo content? To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank for your fast help !

The only error i see is “Uh oh ! Failed to install Gym” In red à the right top corner.

Is there somewhere some logs?

Hello @RECINFO,

There are quite a lot of plugins active on your site which might be causing a conflict issue. Can you please try disabling all third party plugins then try importing the demo content?

Please let us know how it goes.

I tried and it works ! My apologises, I installed all the content you deliver with the X theme.

Hi there,

I had some troubles with the theme. I tried to install another one and it crashed.

Now i can’t install any of them. I’m stuck without the theme.

Hi @RECINFO,

I did go ahead and re-install the GYM demo for you. Please keep in mind that you can only import one site demo, if you install another site demo that will overwrite the first one you installed.

After you install a site demo, you can then import Content template.

Imported Content template will go to the Template Manager and then that template can be used to your pages.
