Yes, you can. You simply need to go to X > Validation menu of the current website and click the Revoke Validation link:

Then you can go to your Licenses page and change the URL of the website to the new one and finally follow the steps mentioned in the article below to validate the new website:

Just to let you know if you have a staging version of your website that you are developing you can validate your staging version at the same time with the live version by adding the staging version URL to the Staging slot of your licenses page:
