I literally can't figure out how to upload my to my live site from Cornerstone

I’ve tried saving it and pushing random buttons. I seriously thought that Themeco had call support, but you don’t WTF. So, I have to wait for a response here? Granted i’m pretty new to website development, but this software/service seems far from intuitive. Are there tutorials somewhere?

Edit: it uploaded when I saved it BUT not from where I needed. I went to my wordpress homepage. Viewed the site. Went to the ‘X’. Clicked edit page. Double clicked some words. Changed them. Saved. It worked. That’s inconvenient because I edit everything the normal way and can’t use all of the features. Idk what’s wrong with. Pls help.
