I downloaded templates from design cloud but can't load them onto my content

I downloaded content templates from design cloud but when I go to load template in the content area, the preset doesn’t appear.

Thanks for writing in!

If you are going to load the template, the template shall be inserted into your page while you are in Cornerstone/ Pro Editor builder preview.

A preset can only be applied to an element.

By the way, please make sure that you are up to date. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
