I don't have padding, margin option

Hi there, I just installed Xtheme latest version for my site: mobitouch.vn. May I ask why my cornerstone don’t have these following features:

• Cannot adjust padding, margin of the elements
• Cannot align veritcal, horizontal (center)
  Detail in the attachment showing the features I don’t have

Thank you for writing in, please enable the Advance Mode

If you do not see that option on your end, navigate to X > Settings > User Preferences > Advance Mode and select User Preference or Always On
