I can't download themes, and cornerstone breaks my previous shortcode on my landing page

I updated my original X theme install and even did a fresh install with a new purchase.

I go to the “design cloud” section and click on the orange “get design cloud” button and nothing happens. Why can’t there be a link to download site themes and templates? I’ve paid for this TWICE and it still doesn’t work!!

So when I update cornerstone and deactivate X shortcodes, when I click on “launch design cloud” I get the error message… “Please log in again. The login page will open in a new window. After logging in you can close it and return to this page.”

This is a disaster. Activating cornerstone stops all of my shortcodes from version 4 from working. Turning on cornerstone shows me the “launch design cloud” button but then I get the “please log in again” error.

Why can’t there just be a link to download the templates? I don’t want to use the cornerstone editor to design my landing page. I’d rather install a template and then manually edit the shortcodes. I can’t even find where to download the “content” code snippets.

…also I went through your forums and updated wordpress (because I knew you would ask me to do that) and not the revolution slider doesn’t work anymore either.

Thanks for writing in! Are you using the latest X theme? Please make sure that you have installed or updated to the latest version. Our latest versions are:

• X theme 7.2.3
• Cornerstone 4.2.3
• WordPress core 5.3.2 or higher
• PHP 7.2 or higher

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
