HTML migrate issues

Hi @charlie,

Just tried doing the html migrate and spotted two problems so far.

no.1 I made a bunch of changes to a grid on the home page (for events) but all that work doesn’t show after the migrate, it appears to show a previous version of the grid design

no.2 I had hover animations on some dynamic content headlines, and all of the animations have vanished

I did take a back up just prior to migrating to HTML, if that helps

  1. When you press “Clear system cache”, does this fix the issue? If so I can manually clear the cache after a migrate

  1. I’m not sure why that would’ve happened though. Do you have an export you could send me of that page prior to migrating?

Clearing system cache didn’t change anything for me

I go to the backup tomorrow and export out the pages for you

I have gone back to my restored back up and things are back to normal / prior to html migrate.

I’ll attach the .tco files in the secure section below

Hi @charlie

I have just update to beta 2 and tried the html migrate again.

my no.1 issue (above) did not break this time so yay for that

my no.2 issue member benefits bullet points no longer animate like I had with the first attempt

any thoughts on the cause?

ignore that, clearing the pro cache and the site cache has resolved the issue no.2

Okay good to know. I am not clearing the cache when I run the migration, but I will change that. Have a great weekend.
