Over the years, my company has built multiple individual licensed X-theme websites. We would like to get them all converted over to our Pro Unlimited license. All the sites have a child theme running, my quesition is this a fairly easy process or is it going to be full of issues that need addressing?

It depends on the customization in your child theme. But, most conversions don’t have issues if the suggestions are followed in this article: https://theme.co/docs/converting-from-x-to-pro
It would be best that you set up a staging copy of each site and convert the staging version first so you’ll see if there’d be no issues. If there’s no issue, you can push the staging version to the live site.
