But my current blog page seems to get cut off because of the header.
Could you please help me fix my blog/post page to make it look like the blog page in the attached image?

I’m sorry for the back and forth asking for credentials. The layout that you need isn’t offered or possible yet in our themes. It would require custom development but regretfully, that is outside the scope of our product support. If you’re a developer or know how to code, you can learn how to customize our theme from our Customization Best Practices article here: https://theme.co/docs/best-practices
We understand though that this is a limitation in our theme so we are currently developing the Layout Builder which will allow users to build the blog, archive, and single pages layout that they want.
