How to scroll icon

can you tell me if this is possible. When a mouse is placed over a certain heading I want an icon to scroll into place. When the mouse pointer is removed I want the icon to fade away. I am not sure how to use all the effects settings? There is an example of what I am trying to achieve on this page in the explore our services section.

What you are referring to is required customization and beyond the scope of theme support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
