How to revoke license and re-assign it?

I tried adding my license, but got this message:

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I can see where I can add a new one license on my account, but I am not finding where I can revoke the current one. Can you please help?

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately that did not help my issue.

I had an old single site with the same domain that I activated the license on, and have since deleted the single site and replaced it with the same domain but on a multisite network. Before I deleted it, though, I revoked the license as you suggested.

I tried changing the URL on the license to something else and then back to the domain it should be, and it did not fix the issue. Also tried different variations of the domain with and without the https://.

I have provided you with login credentials below if you can please take a look at it.

I have thoroughly checked your listed websites and licenses in your Themeco Account and found that you are using a subdomain for which the domain is using another License shown in the given screenshot. I have added the main domain License and now the subdomain is validated.

Thank you. We have 4 subsites on this network. Should all of them be using the main domain’s license?

Yes, since your setup is a multisite network, you should only validate the main domain and the subdomain will be automatically validated.
