How to place Social media in a row in a custom footer

Hi, I’m trying to place 2 Social media links in a row (side by side) in a custom footer.

Thanks for writing in! Instead of inserting the social element directly into your container, kindly go to Pro > Global Blocks and create a global block. Insert a section, row, and columns and then the social icons in one single column. Save your changes and take note of the Global Block shortcode. You can add this global block shortcode in a text element right below your current text element. To learn more about Global Blocks, kindly check this out:

Hi @ruenel. I’ve added a Global block but it’s still not working. Could you have a look please? Also, can I get you to figure out why my menu dropdown is not working in my custom header, please. Details are in the secure note.

Hello Paul,

I went ahead and fixed your footer. The global block’s global container in the row setting must be turn OFF and the width and maximum width must be set to 100%.

Kindly check your footer now.
