How to load custom template to x Theme?

I have a template I want to use with x Theme from a consultant I’ve worked with. Using other tools I was able to load the template and use x theme to edit the content. I cannot find a way to load the template (.TCO file). Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in!

You will need to import the .TCO file into the Template Manager. Please check this out:

To load the imported template into the page that you are currently building, simply go to the Layout tab and hit the “Load Template” button.

Thank you. All of those steps make sense. However, when I select the Templates option, it takes me to the following screen.

The screen in the documentation where I can import is not there. However, the only option I have is to Launch. That takes me to where I can apply it to the page, but of course its not been imported so that doesn’t work.

FYI, I am using Bluehost. I don’t know if that matters.

Also, there is no Menu under X, but under Cornerstone. Seems to have similar options, just odd it doesn’t follow the documentation.

Hi John,

It suspect that it is a permalinks issue when accessing the template manager. I suggest that you go to Settings > Permalinks and set it to post name.
