How to get default title / filter on "archive" pages using Pro header builder

I have seen some older posts but nothing for modern use where a category, tag or archive page using header builder can also display the default title and filter. ex pages: https://aacofct.com/category/skin-care/
https://aacofct.com/category/esthetics-skincare-face-body/

Would like to display a title, filter where applicable but title is most important

It is not very clear what exactly you are trying to acheive here. Can you please elaborate a bit more? If you are trying to show the Category or Archive title on the Header, please go through the following thread which may help you.

You can set the hoarcoded Title using the Headline element, also you can use the {{dc:global:site_title}} to get the site title or {{dc:archive:name}} to get the specific archive name while in category or tag or any other type of archive pages are shown. Template syntax appeared instead of page and category titles

Our Content Area used to have the blog post title, an avatar image, and the date. After it was deprecated, for whatever reason, every single blog post had [page_title] as its title, and the other elements vanished. I don’t really know how it got to be that way, but assumed the page title in brackets was some kind of template syntax. Thank you can see I have to add: {{dc:archive:name}} to the header on archive pages. However I can’t figure out how to make a bar containing this condition? I only want this to appear on Archive pages (Am I in the right place:)

In the header builder - Only have the bar with that dynamic tag {{dc:archive:name}} appear on “archive pages” and be hidden on all other pages sitewide

I would suggest you create a different header and assign it to the Archive pages.

This becomes cumbersome though when simple design edits have to happen, it has to be done 2x. Is there not a way to assign a segment of a header specifically to “archives”?

The Archive conditions are not available for the sections, which are only available for Header and Footer.
