I tried to edit the global header and it didn’t save on every page. I have gone through and edited all the page headers to reflect the edit, but can’t figure out how to edit the header on the category pages. Please help - thanks!

Category pages are using the global header unless you do have customization on the template. If none and global header update is not working, it might be cached. Please try to clear cache from plugin, browser cache or server cache. Check again after that.
I do have experience that an update is not working when you recently disable a caching plugin without clearing cache. If that is a yes, enable the caching plugin again, clear cache before disabling it again.
If the issue persists, can you try disabling your child theme? Let’s see if this is a result of any customization. If not, please share site URL and credentials inside a secure note. Thank you.

The header of the category pages is still the Global Header. You will have to edit the Global Header, Pro > Headers > Global Header. Right after your updates and site changes since you are using CloudFlare, kindly log in to your CloudFlare account and purge your site cache. You also need to regenerate the minified CSS and JS files in CloudFlare.

Hi there. The global header was the one originally edited. I purged the cache on Cloudflare. The ‘Press Release Services’ now shows up on Category pages (https://religionnews.com/politics/), but not on Author pages (https://religionnews.com/author/cgiangrave/). What should I try next? Thanks!

The Author pages is using the “Archive & Post Pages” custom header. You might need to edit this header as well. Again, after making all your site changes, clear all the caches first before testing the site or pages again.
