How to convert an existing layout into a Global Block?

Hello there,

I was wondering if there is a way to save a part of header or page layout as Global Block? For example, there is a beautiful grid design in your Headers layout in Design Cloud. I would like to use that grid at other places in my site.

Sure, I could tediously copy every single configuration to make a new one, or you guys could give me a shortcut?

Thanks for writing to us.

In case you want to save the layout as a Global block then you need to save the page layout as a Template. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Now you need to go to the Global block and click on the Load Template

Select the layout and click on the insert button.

Unfortunately, there is no such option to insert the header content into the page.
