How to backup Theme Options?

I tried to follow these steps: https://theme.co/docs/design-cloud

If you already have your website setup but are still curious to try out a new Sites demo, please make sure that you first backup your Theme Options by going to the X / Pro → Validation menu within Theme Options and clicking Export

But I can’t see Validation under Theme Options:

What am I missing?

Thanks for writing to us.

To have a backup of the Theme Option you need to click on the X/Pro —>Theme Options Manager —>Export

Unfortunately no, I don’t have X/Pro on the side bar.
I have Appearance => Themes => X (but no Theme Options Manager) or Cornerstone, but no X…
Do you have a direct link perhaps?

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

I have checked your website and found that there is no X menu, I would request you follow the suggestion given in your other thread and check if that resolves both of your issues. Till then, you can use the link in the secure note to access the page suggested by my colleague. If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
