Hi @EDIT_workshop,
Thanks for writing to us.
Seems you are not able to find from where you can add the custom sidebar(s). Please find the screenshot below:
If that is not the case, please let us know your site credentials, including:
– Link to your WordPress site
– WordPress Admin username / password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks so mush
Hi @EDIT_workshop,
Thank you for the credentials, but It throws that error below (see screenshot below) when I try to log in on your site.
Most of the page on our demos including the wedding demo is using the template without a sidebar.
All templates that have a prefix of Blank - No Container or Blank - Container does not output the sidebar. If you want the page to have a sidebar, please select a page template Layout - Content Left, Sidebar Right or the Default you can select that from the Page Template dropdown.
Hope it helps,
Cheers!
Thanks your example, but I am useing WP Backry Page Builder . So I can’t find the settings. Have other solutions ?
Thank
Hi @EDIT_workshop,
Oh sorry about that, you can also access the page template option on the WordPress default editor (Gutenberg).
Its under Settings > Page Attributes > Template
Cheers!
Thanks, but this option is not working . I have try to test before your solution.
Could you login of my site and check it ?
Thank
Yes, I would. But like I said above the site throws me an error when I attempt to login on your site. Please see the screenshot below. Is your site restricted in some Countries? Would you mind deactivating that restriction for a while so we can log in to your site?
Thanks,
My hosting provider maybe block your ip , could you ask me what is your ip , I will ask them to fix it . Thanks
As you are using WP Bakery Page builder, you can add the WordPress widgets through the elements available in it.
If that does not help, you need to share the details, but we are from different parts of the World and most of us have a dynamic IP so we can’t provide a specific ID address.
I would like to request you to remove the IP(s) restrictions or you can copy your live site to a staging server without IP restrictions, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your site.
Thanks
Thanks your help, but we use PORTFOLIO to build the site . If use WordPress widgets just can read POST and PAGE.
Have any solution can like widgets but using PORTFOLIO data ?
THANK
Hi @EDIT_workshop,
So you’re working with PORTFOLIO, unfortunately, portfolio posts are not designed to have a sidebar, because it has its own extra div (which is a kind of sidebar). It is possible to add your own sidebar in Portfolio post but it will require customization, regretfully we do not provide support for customization.
You might want to avail of our Developers on-demand service, if you’re interested you can see more details here.
Thank you for understanding,
Thank your help.
