How to add Header and Footer to Categories and Tags pages

I am using Pro 6.0.5 with Integrity.

I created a custom header and footer and added to all pages and posts.

How do I add the custom header and footer to categories and tags? I cannot open a category or tag in Cornerstone to apply the layout.

Here is example of category. It is using the default header and footer:

You can set the custom Header/Footer to a category or tag. You need to set the condition like this Post category/Post Tag is “Select category/or tag”
