how do I assign a template to my existing pages and keep the content while updating the styles, etc?

Thanks for writing in! If you have created a custom single layout, you can make use of the Conditions and Assignments so that this layout will be the template layout of your current specific page. If you would mind providing clarifications like sending the the URL of the page URL that you want to preserved the contents?

Updated my secure note for you. I tried your suggestion and it kind of works except there’s no header or footer even though those options were switched on.
