How do I enable the extra settings?

Hello there,

How do I enable the extra settings that will give me access to the Font Manager?

Please see the attached images - I think I have switched the right bits on. Please advise

Kind regards,

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Thanks for reaching out.
The settings you have made are correct, but it seems the settings icon at the bottom left-hand side is missing in your screenshot.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to it.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue, *** if you have activated the child theme.
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Increasing PHP Memory Limit

If none of the above helps, and you are still getting the same issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Thanks for getting back.

I have been through all of these options now and no luck. I did suspect this was a plugin problem, but alas.

Credentials attached.

Thank you!

Spencer

Hן @finkk,

We can’t access your wp-admin dashboard, please fix it so that we can able to check your backend.

On the other hand, please enable the Advanced Mode to check more options for the elements.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Hello there,

Sorry, I forgot we are using an IP whitelist - do you have a range I can add for you?

Regarding the Advanced Mode, please see the last graphic I posted above - I activated this but the extra settings have not appeared in the Cornerstone editor.

Kind regards,

Spencer

Hello @finkk,

We are from different parts of the World and most of us have a dynamic IP so we can’t provide a specific IP address.
I would like to request you to remove the IP(s) restrictions or you can copy your live site to a staging server without IP restrictions, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your site.

Thanks

Hello,

I have removed the .htaccess file that was locking you out. Can you try again please?

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Regretfully, the Admin URL is still not accessible and showing the 403 error. Can you please check once and confirm the access.

Thanks

Hi,

I am sorry about this, I am trying to get this rectified as we speak because this should not be happening.

Do you know what the last IP was that you used to try and connect with? The supports lads have asked so they can check the server records.

Thanks,

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

We are from different parts of the world and we can’t give a static IP address to check with your website. If you would like us to check your website without any back and forth, please disable the restriction in the meantime for a smooth transition.

Hope that helps and let us know how it goes.

Thank you.

Hello there,

You should be able to gain access to the site now - Wordfence was locking you out.

Kind regards,

Spencer

Hey Spencer,

We still can’t access your site. Please temporarily disable WordFence.

Thanks.

Hello there,

Wordfence is disabled - I’m not sure why you cannot access the site. I have switched between multiple IPs, and countries, and can access the site.

PLease try again and let me know.

Kind regards,

Spencer

Hello again,

I have noticed that I cannot access the site using Chrome Canary, but can access it using Brave, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

If you’re using Canary, perhaps try one of the others

Thanks!

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Regretfully, the given URL is still not accessible from multiple locations in different parts of the World and it shows 403 error in the different browsers too. It might be something which is blocking the request to access your backend, I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider on this.
Please let us know when it is completely ready to access from our end.

Thanks

Hello there,

I have just found that the buttons are present but no visible for some reason - see attached image.

Kind regards,

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

It seems that the SVG images used in the section is not accessible, when I tried to access the SVG image directly it sows me a 403 error.
The URL that I tried to access is https://95f05a234a.nxcli.net/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/svg/ui.svg?v=4.2.3#fa-cog whereas the same file can be accessed in a local setup. Please find the screenshot of the view source of the file .

As it has been already stated, that this may not be an issue related to the theme, I would like to request you to check the File and Folder permission issue with your Hosting company.
Thanks

@tristup

Thanks for getting back - I will pass this to my hosting company.

I have noticed that the burger icon font for the mobile menu also does not appear: https://95f05a234a.nxcli.net/

Could this also be related?

Kind Regards,

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Yes, that is a related issue. The Font file is required to show the burger menu is not accessible, it shows the same 403 error.

Thanks
