How do I connect Mailchimp to a form I created in the Footer Builder?

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to connect the form I designed using the footer builder to my Mailchimp account. (1) Do I use WPForms, Email Forms, or Contact 7? (2) How do I implement that in the builder? (3) Are there any additional steps I need to take?

Hello, I tried to use the plug in and the text element in the builder, however that caused a completely different vertical form to create at the end of my horizontal form. Is there another way to get my designed fields to respond to mailchimp? This design is just like the one on Design Cloud. Mail Template. I designed it but I have not got a clue how to connect it to mailchimp. Please assist further. Details are needed. Beginner level, hobby designer here.

Did you use a plugin in building the form in your custom footer? If you used manual or custom html code to build the form, you will have to discard it as it is impossible to link it to MailChimp. The quickest way to do this is to use a certain plugins like WPForms, Email Forms, or Contact 7 plugin. Or you can make use of the MailChimp form builder and insert the form code in a raw content element in your custom footer.
