How do I add the elements used in my layout to my posts?

Hello!

I feel like this might be a silly question but asking anyway.

I’m in the process of creating a blog post page in layout builder and I’ve added the video element to the page where I hope to embed YouTube links. My question is, where in the actual post that I create (not the layout builder) do I add the YouTube url?

I feel like outside of pulling through the written content (using ‘The Content’ element), there’s no easy way to pull any other content (outside of featured images). Might just be my ignorance though.

You can use ACF to add a field on your post then call it in the layout builder. You may check this documentation on how you can set it up.
