How could i get Dual Language on the website?

Hi there, Great day to you

How can i have the website ( automatically ) change its language when a user from certain region enters the site?

I would like the site to have all same posts, all same content but in different languages

I appreciate the help, but this was not to the question i had in mind

Please let me clarify

I mean( t ) Translating the Visible Content of and on the Website, for the Visitors

Kind of like having the exact same posts and pages and menu’s but in two different languages
