It looks like the responsive layout hasn’t been set up yet. I recommend reviewing our documentation on configuring responsive layouts for detailed instructions.

For example, in your case with the Row-Column layout, you can go to Row → Layout → Template and set the column layout for each screen size. Please have a look at this screenshot below.

Hello @joserodrigz ,

You can use the Row → Layout → Template options and set the column layout as one column for small screens, which would display the content in full width on mobile screens. If it doesn’t work for you, please share the admin credentials and the exact page URL along with a screenshot so that we can review it and guide you properly. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL
