Host is asking the following: Our System Administration team has reviewed the issue and requires some additional information from the Cornerstone vendor to determine whether the hosting server is blocking the request. Following up on this post. Here is what the hosting provider said:

At this time, we have not identified any server-side block or specific hosting restriction that would explain the 400 Bad Request response being returned by:
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

We have also confirmed that outbound HTTPS connectivity from the hosting server to theme.co is functioning normally.

To help us investigate this further, could you please coordinate with the Cornerstone vendor and request the following details:

• The detailed server-side/API error or response received when using x-verbose=1.
• The expected request and response details for the Cornerstone license validation process.
• Any relevant error codes or response headers returned by the vendor’s API.

Having these details will allow us to correlate the vendor’s API response with the hosting server logs and determine whether any server-side configuration or adjustment is required.
