I have a video that is set to loop on the Background Upper Layer of my current website. It worked fine up until this morning and with no changes to the site at all it just stopped, I need this working ASAP. Thanks.
Also there are no options to get support for a Pro account with the exception of this Forum which I think is a little short sighted.

Regretfully there is no other option to get theme support we provide the theme support through our support forum.
For your video background query, it might be the issue of the plugin conflict or the JS/CSS customization issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
