Homepage is not displaying

I’ve been experiencing an issue with my website homepage for the past two weeks. The homepage does not fully load — the content and design are not displaying correctly. This is especially concerning because we have a conference coming up, and visitors are checking the site. It’s very embarrassing and urgent to resolve.

Please look into this issue and help me get the homepage working properly as soon as possible.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site on my Android phone, Google Chrome browser version 140.0.7339.123, and it is working fine on my end. It might be the issue browser cache. I would suggest you please purge all the cache and recheck it.

Something is definitely wrong with the site. This issue has been happening for the past two weeks. Sometimes the page loads normally, and then the problem reappears again. I’ve already cleared the cache but nothing changes. We also tested it on 10 different devices, including ones that have never accessed the site before, and the problem still occurs. Please help. Can you login to my WordPress account and see the issue. Ever since the theme updated this been happening. I checked with my hosting and domain provider and the issue is not on their end.

I really need help fixing this issue. The site wasn’t’ doing this before. We strongly believe that it has something to do with the Cornerstone theme. Please help

The hosting company confirms that the problem is not on their end. The site is loading but the banner and some content is not loading on the homepage

Could you please update the Pro theme to version 6.7.4? You can check out the latest version and it’s changes here:

Make sure to clear all your caches after the update before testing the site again. For any issues encountered after the update, you can check this documentation:
