Home page missing one part (Created with Cornerstone)

Hi, I have a trilingual website and I’ve used Cornerstone to create the Home https://www.mysardiniaholidays.com/
The first part (visible when I go to edit) is not visible anymore once I go to the main page.

This is the part that should be visible and is not:

There is also a button but it’s not in the screenshot.
Can you please help? I paid the support extension especially for this as I can’t seem to solve it alone and is urgent.

Hi @klelietta,

Thanks for reaching out.

I have checked and found that the section is hidden for larger screen sizes. It seems that it has been set to hide through the Customize > Hide during the Breakpoint option for the specific section.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Thanks, it’s been a while since I did customization. Can you indicate step by step the path to follow to undo this? It would be much appreciated. I’m getting crazy here. Thanks.

Hi @klelietta,

As per the second screenshot, you need to deselect all the breakpoint options to show the section in all the screen sizes. If you are not able to do that, please provide login credentials for your site to help you with this, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Is there any way to get to the screenshot you showed me? I found something (break point of the page) and put it at 2000px, but I can’t see the one that deactivates the whole break point. I prefer to learn again to do it, if possible. Should I go on the page and edit with Cornerstone, and then where would I look exactly? Thanks!

Hey @klelietta,

To find the breakpoint functionality, you just need to find the customize tab in a section, row, columns, or an element.

Hope that helps.
