To get your issue resolved, you can make use of the Looper Provider All Terms to display the Collections and the Formats. Perhaps this will help you:

I would highly recommend that you check out the Terms element because this is what you will need.

By the way, I have created a demo in your layout and used the Terms Column dynamic element and set the “Format” as the Taxonomy.
