Headline on mobile

hello,

I am still having problems with my mobile headline.
Every time i try to change the headline font size smaller the background picture underneath also downsizes.
The other problem i am having is when i try to make the font size bigger then the gap increases from the photo of the scope and the headline.

I would like it to look like this
