To my surprise, I can’t see the heading, and where to switch that on or off (I may be rusty). See screendump.

The Page Title is not included if you’re using a Blank Page Template. If you’re not aware that you’re using a Page Template, please learn what they are here https://theme.co/docs/page-settings
If you wish to add a the Page Title in Blank templates, you need to add a Headline element in the Content Builder and in it, insert the Post Title Dynamic Content.
If both my suggestions don’t apply for your case, please give us the URL of the page so we could see the structure.
