Header Navigation Transform on Scroll down

Hi There,

I am very much new to using Pro. I am trying to create a header as in this
I humbly request and greatly appreciate any pointers or direction as to how I could achieve this with Pro.
Specifically how to split the navigation to left and right side in two lines and the logo coming in the middle.
Should I try this with grid element? Will I be able to implement the responsiveness of the slider message box also with grid element?
would greatly appreciate any direction. not asking for any code.
have learnt quiet a bit in the last 4 days and watched a ton of videos. Not able to wrap my head around how this example is implemented. specially the the far right and left icons placement in the navigation.

I am so fascinated with the capabilities of Pro. just have to meticulously navigate all the options.

What you are trying to do can be achieved using the Custom Header. For that, you need to build a custom header using the Header Builder and assign it to the Entire Site. First, you need to add to different container inside a Bar, and first container should have a first menu, and second container should contain the logo, and the thrid container should have the last menu.
