Header for Multilingual Site not working as expected

Hello,

we are using Themeco and WPML for our Website.
On this Website we have different Landingpages which are not connected.
For each Landingpage we have different headers.

For example https://isoled.info/at/flutlicht/ and https://isoled.info/at/infrarotheizung-mit-licht/
Each site is also avaliable in /at/ /de/ /ch/ - german-speaking versions for austria, germany and switzerland

For https://isoled.info/at/infrarotheizung-mit-licht/ we use 3 different pages which togheter make up the langingpage

https://isoled.info/at/infrarotheizung-mit-licht/sortiment/ (2)
https://isoled.info/at/infrarotheizung-mit-licht/heizen-mit-infrarot/ (3)

I now find myself in a situation where i can make different headers for page (1) accross the different languages - but for pages (2) and (2) accross the langauges the header is somehow connected and i can not do anything against this…

Are you aware of such problems? It took me a long time to see a pattern behind it and still don’t grasp it in full detail.

Am i using something incorrectly or is there a known issue that i can fix?

Hey Lukas,

It sounds like you’re not using the Translation Flags as shown in our WPML tranlsation doc here: https://theme.co/docs/wpml

Please follow the setup instruction in our doc and if the issue persists, please first ensure everything is compatible (refer to our Version Compatiblity list here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility). Also, ensure no 3rd party plugin is causing the issue by temporarily deactivating all 3rd party plugins except WPML (this is best done in a staging copy of your live site).

Once all that is done and the issue persists, please provide the following info in a Secure Note

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
