Header Footer not showing correctly in safari browser

Hello ,
My site is looking well in chrome but in safari , Header and footer not looking correctly .
I have used this code in my custom css file but it doesnot show any changes

When showing us your website, please remove all custom CSS you have so we could investigate what’s wrong with our theme and not the custom CSS. Investigating issues caused by custom codes are beyond the scope of our product support.
