Hi @mindingyourmedia,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens when there is an invalid html code with orphaned or a missing a closing tag, please check your content and look out for a missing tag and close it.

Also ensure that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins) You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

If the issue persists then please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. CHILD THEME
  3. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  4. DISABLING CACHE
  5. DISABLING CDN

If nothing works then you can setup a staging site and share credentials with us using the Secure Note functionality of the post so we can take a closer look at your setup.

Hey @mindingyourmedia,

I checked your site on Safari (Catalina) and I didn’t get an issue like in your screenshots.

Please post the Operating System name and version and also the Safari version you’ve viewed your site on.

Also, try clearing your browser’s cache and check in incognito or private mode of Safari.

Thanks.
