Hi,
I just installed a new Wordpress site (Pro 3,2) and wanted to start designing a header.
After I inserted a Logo and a Navigation Inline Element I wanted to apply some design changes. However, the preview does not respond to any changes I apply in the design section (font size, margins,…) .
All elelments remain squeezed in the upper left corner.
I tried with a Template and different browsers but the result is the same.
I would be very happy for advice.

Thanks for writing in! I have check your site and it seems that you may have installed optimizing or caching plugins. Kindly temporarily deactivate the plugin. These plugins are best to turn ON when you are done building the site and ready to go to live.
You can test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

The FTP details is not working for us. Anyways, I have figured out the cause of the issue. It is because you have installed the Pro theme incorrectly.
This means that the Pro theme files were placed incorrectly. You will need to relocate the theme files from wp-content/themes/pro/pro/ into wp-content/themes/pro/ only. You will have to do this by logging in your FTP and browse to the themes folder.
