Header, Content & Footer assets not found

Fresh install, however the header, footer, content, layouts, templates and global blocks are all empty. I have downloaded multiple headers, footers and a site from design cloud, and although the images do show in my media library, and show that I have them installed in the design cloud, they all are absent from the builder. Here is one screenshot:

php.ini settings are:

(I didn’t show the session_save_path, though it is present)

I have also installed and reinstalled Pro, and also used WP Reset to reset both the database and theme, all to no effect.

What could be the issue?

In order to help you, we need to check your settings. I would request you to please let us know which header you are trying to import from the Design Cloud so that we can check it properly. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
